It has been two weeks since I made my December resolution to loose weight and progress is being made. Today, for the first time I looked in the mirror and noticed a difference in the way I look.
Monday, I weighed in at 159.8 and this morning, I weighed in at 161.2. So, no drastic progress was made in the weight department last week but I know I’m not overeating so I’m not really worried about it. With a timeline of 7 months I think a little patience is in order.
I finally started the workout portion of this plan on Monday. I did 30 minutes of hill intervals on the elliptical and day 1 of Strong Lifts 5×5. Today I did 15 minutes on the treadmill and day two of Strong Lifts.
I plan on taking my measurements next week to get a better idea of how my progress is going.
