It’s been a while since I did a What I Ate Wednesday post so without further ado here is what I ate today.

  1. Grapefruit with salt? I’ve never thought of that and I’ve been sprinkling salt on pretty much everything [not only savoury dishes but sweet yogurt bowls, too]. Then again it’s been ages since I last ate grapefruit but I assume the salt brings out the flavour even more? Definitely an interesting idea.

    1. The salt takes a lot of the bitterness away. It’s still sour but the salt also brings out the sweetness. Totally counterintutive but sooo tasty!
