I’m a RRCA and Healthy Running certified running coach who believes running is a whole body experience. I focus on strength, balance, mobility, and stability to give my clients a training program unique to their specific abilities and goals.

I love helping people, which is why I became a coach. I coach runners of all levels, at all stages of life. Whether you’re interested in setting a new PR, conquering a new distance or training for life, I can help you reach your goals.

Coaching is available at two levels:

  1. Unsupported Monthly Custom Training Plan ($30/month) – If you want a custom training plan, are an independent runner and/or on a budget this is a great option.
    • Initial consultation to evaluate strength and ability
    • Customized training plan written in one month blocks
  2. Supported Custom Training Plan ($75/month)
    • Initial consultation to evaluate strength and ability
    • Customized plan written in 1-2 week blocks
    • Daily training log review & feedback
    • Weekly training plan update based on performance and history
    • Unlimited email and text message communication
