I’m an RRCA, USA Track & Field, and Healthy Running certified running coach who believes running is a whole body experience. I focus on strength, balance, mobility, and stability to give my clients a training program unique to their specific abilities and goals.
I love helping people and I love running, coaching is the perfect blend of both. I coach runners of all levels, from Boston qualifiers, high school cross country athletes, to people trying to complete their first 5k. Supported Custom Training Plan ($100/month)
- Initial consultation to evaluate strength and ability
- Customized plan written in 1-2 week blocks
- Daily training log review & feedback
- Weekly training plan update based on performance and history
- Unlimited email and text message communication
